Jan is Meridian’s RA/Kinesiology Practice Lead and Ergonomic Assessor. Her talents are infinite and stretch from recreation therapy to sawmill ergonomics. Other areas of expertise are traumatic brain injury, and vocational rehabilitation.

Mandy Erwin

Mandy has always had a passion for working with people, and received her Rehabilitation Aide Certificate in 1997. Over the last 20 years she has worked with people of all different ages and abilities as an Education Assistant, Community Support Worker and Long term Care Aide. She also took her passion for people to the United States and Zambia where she did volunteer work for 1 year. Mandy also works as an rehab assistant and SLP assistant on our pediractic team, helping children meet their goals and reach milestones. In her free time Mandy enjoys playing soccer, doing Zumba and spending time with her husband and children.

Alice Fisher-Albert

Alice was born and raised in Quebec City and completed her kinesiology degree from Université Du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Alice, her husband and their dog, Maya, moved to BC in 2016 where they lived in Nelson for four years before settling down in Summerland. Alice grew up as a figure skating athlete, she coached the sport professionally for 10 years before retiring and switching to judging the sport. She now volunteers as a Skate Canada judge in the Okanagan and aspires to become an international judge. She also enjoys cross-country skiing, hiking, running, yoga and functional training. She has a special interest in working with children and is truly passionate about rehabilitation sciences.

Todd Hoggarth

Todd grew up in Armstrong, BC, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University. Originally joining us as a Co-op during the end of his schooling, he worked with the Kamloops office and quickly became a wonderful addition to the team. Returning to SFU to finish his degree, Todd now works as a full-fledged Kinesiologist in our Vernon office, with a special interest in athletic training and nutrition. He is passionate about health and fitness of all ages, and loves that he is able to promote this through his work. When he is not working, you can find Todd at the golf course, playing lacrosse or antiquing cars with his dad!

Shelby Kieper

Shelby was born and raised in Kamloops and completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics at UBCO. With an interest in injury prevention and recovery, post-concussion exercise programs and strength and conditioning training, Shelby is excited to put those skills into fruition with her clients. She loves that she has the opportunity to work with a diverse population as well as learn different skills through a variety of practitioners/therapists. Shelby likes to spend her time outside of work hiking, travelling, camping, and playing soccer, as well as chilling with her dog Kenya.

Lawrence Langan

Lawrence graduated from University of BC Okanagan with his Bachelor of Human Kinetics. Lawrence’s interests include sport specific training, strength & conditioning, nutrition, rehabilitation, and is excited to provide support and oversee the progress clients make towards their goals. Outside of the office, Lawrence is an avid hockey player, playing for 15 years, and a “below average” golfer; however, he still loves to play frequently. If you’re also ever looking for a competitive crib match, Lawrence is your guy!

Raeanne Ramsay

Raeanne has her Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBCO and specializes in posture correction and functional training. Raeanne grew up in Jackfish Lake, a tiny lake in the country just west of Stoney Plain in Alberta. Raeanne enjoys how varied her work is and working with people from all different works of life and with a multitude of various problems. She loves the challenge and pushing herself in her work. Raeanne has two loves in her life, her cats Neville Longbottom and Fawkes! Fun fact- Raeanne was once a former national and collegiate volleyball player. In the summer you will find her playing volleyball on the beach!

Dena Seal

Dena was born and raised in Kamloops and finished her Bachelor of Kinesiology at UBCO. Dena loves working as a team with Meridian and sharing new techniques to assist clients.  The best feeling for Dena is when her clients have those “aha” moments with their rehabilitation. Dena spends her time exploring – a wilderness girl at heart, she especially loves backcountry camping, hiking, and canoeing.  She also enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures and ways of life.

Jordan Sernaggia

Jordan graduated from Simon Fraser University and holds a Bachelor of Science – Kinesiology, specializing in Active Health and Rehabilitation. Certified through Matheson, Jordan also provides Functional Capacity and Cost of Care Evaluations in our Kamloops office. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and their dog, Pirate.  He volunteers with Special Olympics of BC coaching both powerlifting and soccer, and with the City of Kamloops coaching an adapted ice hockey team.  He stays active with hockey, snowboarding, hiking and rock climbing and keeps his adrenaline pumping with adventure sports like bungee jumping, skydiving and white-water rafting.  Jordan has an interest in nutrition and injury prevention & recovery which he has plenty of experience in – when he was younger he managed to break one arm playing hockey and, the day after his cast came off, broke the other arm snowboarding!

Charlene Sullivan

Charlene grew up in Trail, BC and has recently joined the Kelowna team as a Rehab Assistant. She enjoys being able to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and goals. She finds helping people overcome their specific challenges rewarding. Charlene loves to get outside and enjoy all the Okanagan has to offer. You can often find her hiking, camping, swimming, or relaxing with family and friends.

Taylor Welykholowa

Taylor grew up in Maple Ridge and graduated from UBCO with her Bachelor of Human Kinetics, minoring in Psychology, and has now joined the Meridian family! Taylor has an interest in concussion treatment, chronic conditions, injury prevention and recovery, and is excited to not only problem solve but be creative in the way that she deliver exercises and adapts them to each client’s needs. Taylor enjoys the outdoors, and you can find her hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, camping, as well as playing volleyball, reading, crocheting, or working on her yoga teacher certificate! She also loves to volunteer with children including Canucks autism network she has volunteered with for 3 years.
