Sarah Peardon
Sarah grew up in Vancouver, where she spent most of her childhood on a field or in a gym. A lifelong athlete, her favorite sports were softball and competitive cheerleading, both of which shaped her love for movement, teamwork, and supporting others to reach their potential.
After completing undergraduate studies through Capilano University and UBC Okanagan, Sarah knew she wanted to make Kelowna her long-term home, a place she had visited for years while playing softball tournaments. She began her career working as a support worker for adults with diverse abilities, an experience that deepened her passion for meaningful, person-centered support.
Sarah has been coaching competitive cheerleading since 2016 and continues to stay actively involved in the sport through coaching, administrative roles, and coach development.
